Recipe: Pumpkin Pie 9" pie crust 3/4 c splenda 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp Ground cloves 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 eggs 15 oz pumpkin pie filling 1 1/2 c soy milk nog In a medium bowl, mix spenda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. In a large bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add mix to eggs. Add pumpkin pie filling and mix. Gradually add soy milk nog. Pour into pie shell, bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40-50 minutes until knife comes out clean.
