Recipe: Hummus 64 oz garbanzo beans (chick-peas) 1/2 c tahini 1 lemon - Juiced 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 tbsp Fresh chopped parsley Drain the juice from 1 can of beans. Place the drained beans in a food processor and add the second can of beans, water and all. Add the tahini, lemon juice and garlic; and blend until very smooth. Spread onto a plate and top with garnishes.
